How to make it

  • Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
  • In medium bowl, mix sauce ingredients.
  • Toss sauce and broccoli slaw mix (if using) with pasta while still warm. Garnish with scallions and peanuts if desired.
  • Serve warm or chilled.

    Well I'm not a vegetarian, but I could add some shrimp or chicken to this! Sounds delicious.

    That sounds delish - I love peanut butter noodles. Gotta send this one to my veggie sister, too...thanks for a very tasty sounding dish - I'm positive it will taste as good as it sounds!

    Can I just hug you? Honestly, every recipe you put up, I'm bookmarking. Being a veg, I've always been a little fearful of seitan (i know, i know - it's not in this recipe), but you make me want to try it. In fact, I think I'll blog about my experience with it.
