Cherry Pudding

                    - For the Pudding: shopping list
 - 2 Cups Pitted cherries,drained (soak over night in liqueur) shopping list
 - Cherry (or) raspberry liqueur~Chambord shopping list
 - 1/2 Cup butter shopping list
 - 1 Cup sugar shopping list
 - 2 Farm Fresh eggs,beaten shopping list
 - 2-1/2 Cups flour shopping list
 - 4 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
 - 1 Cup light cream shopping list
 - For the Sauce: shopping list
 - 2 Cups cherries,drained shopping list
 - Cherry (or) raspberry liqueur~Chambord shopping list
 - sugar (the) amount depends on how sweet you would like the sauce. shopping list
 
How to make it 
                    - Beat butter and sugar together.
 - Add the eggs,combine will.
 - Sift flour,and baking powder together,add to the mixture,alternating with cream and liqueur.
 - Gently stir in the raspberry liqueur,soaked cherries.
 - Place mixture in molds(I used heart shaped)
 - Place molds in larger shallow pan,filling up the pan with warm water to half way on the molds.
 - Place in a 350 degree oven and steam for 1 hour.
 - Meanwhile, cook the 2 cups of cherries,Chambord,and sugar until thick.
 - Remove cherry pudding for oven,allow to cool a bit.
 - Serve with the Cherry Sauce
