Ingredients

How to make it

  • Saute onions in oil until soft.
  • Add carrots and water, bring to boil and cook, uncovered, until carrots are soft.
  • Remove from heat and add habs, lime juice, vinegar and salt.
  • Puree in processor until smooth.
  • Makes 2 pints.

    I know so many people who would love this, just not my wimpy palate...don't think those carrots would tone it down enough for me! I will definitely be making some of this for my "fiery" friends and famliy.
