This is a spicy side dish which goes well with any main dishes.

Ingredients
  • 4 full boiled eggs
  • one big onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tbspn tomato sauce
  • 1 tspn chillie sauce
  • 1 green chillie
  • 1/2 tspn mustard seeds
  • 1 tspn chillie powder
  • 1/4 tspn turmeric powder
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 2 tbspn curd
  • few coriander leaves
  • refined oil

Directions
  1. Take the boiled eggs n marinade it with chiilie powder, salt n curd
  2. Now deep fry it in oil
  3. Pour oil in a pan
  4. Put mustard seeds
  5. Add green chillie
  6. Add chopped onions n stir fry
  7. Add chopped tomatoes
  8. Add salt n turmeric powder n cook for about 3 mts
  9. Add tomato sauce n chillie sauce
  10. Cook for 4 mts
  11. Finally add the fried eggs n mix it for 2 mts
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves.
