Ingredients

How to make it

  • Prepare ribs by cutting into 4 portions.
  • Place potatoes in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil and simmer until tender-firm, about 15 minutes.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Heat grilling sauce in a skillet set over medium heat.
  • Add onion and bell pepper and saut√© for 2 minutes.
  • Add potatoes and saut√© until heated throughout, about 2 minutes.
  • Serve with ribs.

  • Cooking the ribs:
  • Brush ribs with canola oil to help prevent sticking to the grill.
  • Sprinkle oregano over ribs.
  • Add salt & pepper to your preference.
  • Grill over medium-high flame until browned and tender.
  • Garnish with sprig of fresh rosemary.
