pasta salad with watermelon and goats cheese

- puntalette, cooked al dente & cooled shopping list
- cucumber, peeled & cut in tiny cubes shopping list
- water melon, cut in tiny cubes shopping list
- dried tomatoes, finely diced shopping list
- spring onions, finely diced shopping list
- olives, finely diced shopping list
- basil, finely diced shopping list
- some fresh goats cheese, torn in small pieces shopping list
- sauce: shopping list
- 250ml olive oil shopping list
- 125ml red wine vineggar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon runny honey shopping list
- juice of half a lemon shopping list
How to make it
- mix everything from cucumber to goats cheese in a large bowl.
- mix all ingredients for the sauce and pour a couple of tablespoons over the salad. rest of sauce keeps in the fridge for about a week.
