Jalapeno Bites

From Hey Jude at recipezaar, the description says they are "reminiscent of poppers but much easier to make". Originally from the Junior League Celebrations cookbook.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 8 ounces parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- 3 tablespoons jalapenos, chopped shopping list
- 2 large egg yolks shopping list
- 2 cups dry bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix to form a paste.
- Shape 1/2 tablespoon at a time into 1/4' rounds and roll in bread crumbs.
- Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes OR until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
