California Chicken Sandwich

- 4 chicken breasts about 1/2" thick shopping list
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes crushed shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 8 slices thick hickory bacon sliced in half and fried until crisp then drain shopping list
- 4 large tomatoes sliced shopping list
- 4 large lettuce leaves shopping list
- 1/4 cup prepared guacamole shopping list
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise shopping list
- 4 large seeded hamburger buns shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter shopping list
How to make it
- Mix bouillon cubes, seasoned salt and water.
- Pour over chicken and marinate in refrigerator 3 hours.
- Fry sliced bacon until crisp then drain and set aside.
- When chicken has marinated remove from marinade.
- Place buns that have been brushed on inside with butter in frying pan over medium heat.
- Grill inside of buns until toasted and golden then set buns aside on a serving plate.
- On medium heat place 3 tablespoons butter on a grill or in a fry pan.
- Braise chicken breast in melted butter and cook until done.
- Spread mayonnaise on inside of each top and bottom of buns.
- On bottom half place chicken breast, four slices of bacon and a serving of guacamole.
- On the top part of bun place a piece of leaf lettuce and tomato slices.

Yummy! I used some small yellow tomatoes I had on this, and I realized (too late) that I had no bacon *gasp*, I know. We ended up just sprinkling some bacon bits on top (not shown in the picture). I served it with Keni's more
