Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix bouillon cubes, seasoned salt and water.
  • Pour over chicken and marinate in refrigerator 3 hours.
  • Fry sliced bacon until crisp then drain and set aside.
  • When chicken has marinated remove from marinade.
  • Place buns that have been brushed on inside with butter in frying pan over medium heat.
  • Grill inside of buns until toasted and golden then set buns aside on a serving plate.
  • On medium heat place 3 tablespoons butter on a grill or in a fry pan.
  • Braise chicken breast in melted butter and cook until done.
  • Spread mayonnaise on inside of each top and bottom of buns.
  • On bottom half place chicken breast, four slices of bacon and a serving of guacamole.
  • On the top part of bun place a piece of leaf lettuce and tomato slices.

    Yummy! I used some small yellow tomatoes I had on this, and I realized (too late) that I had no bacon *gasp*, I know. We ended up just sprinkling some bacon bits on top (not shown in the picture). I served it with Keni's Jalapeno Lime Slaw Very good! Thanks!!
