- 1/4 pound butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 6 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- parsley to taste, chopped shopping list
- 6 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 3 bottles clam juice shopping list
- 3 cans whole clams with juice shopping list
- 1 pound scallops, raw shopping list
- 1 pound shrimp, raw shopping list
- 1 large lobster tail, cooked shopping list
- 1 pound crab meat shopping list
- ground black pepper and salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter and heat with olive oil in large saucepan.
- Saute the garlic in the oil and butter.
- Stir in flour until smooth.
- Add clam juice and canned clams.
- Add parsley.
- When mixture boils add raw, deveined shrimp and scallops.
- Cook until fish is done.
- Add cooked lobster tail and crab meat to warm through.
- Serve over linguini or spaghetti.
