- 7/8 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 2 cups Unbleached all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 2/3 cup grated extra-sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast shopping list
- 1/3 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional) shopping list
- 1 1/2-POUND cheese LOAF shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk shopping list
- 3 cups Unbleached all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1 cup (4 oz.) grated extra-sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Place ingredients in pan in order given for your particular bread machine.
- I recommend the light crust setting; bread may become quite dark brown on the sides, but light crust setting will prevent it from burning.
- Nutrition information per serving (1/8 loaf, 102 g): 243 cal, 6 g fat, 11 g protein, 34 g complex carbohydrates, 2 g sugar, 1 g dietary fiber, 18 mg cholesterol, 587 mg sodium, 131 mg potassium, 2 mg iron, 254 mg calcium, 167 mg phosphorus.
