How to make it

  • Place ingredients in pan in order given for your particular bread machine.
  • I recommend the light crust setting; bread may become quite dark brown on the sides, but light crust setting will prevent it from burning.
  • Nutrition information per serving (1/8 loaf, 102 g): 243 cal, 6 g fat, 11 g protein, 34 g complex carbohydrates, 2 g sugar, 1 g dietary fiber, 18 mg cholesterol, 587 mg sodium, 131 mg potassium, 2 mg iron, 254 mg calcium, 167 mg phosphorus.

    There goes my diet but it's worth it with this 5 fork Cheese Bread recipe ;) I can imagine sitting down with a slice of this bread, some pickled onions a cold glass of beer. Cheers!!!

    I can imagine that with liverwurst...some grainy mustartd...delish! Another bread recipe I will have to add to the "to make" list!!
