A delicious quick fix for a nice dessert with canned peaches.

Ingredients
- 3Tbs confectioners' sugar
- 1ts[ grated lemon peel
- 1 refrigerated pie crust ,cut in quarters
- 1 can peach halves
Directions
- Toss confectioners' sugar with grated lemon peel.place 1 peach half in center if a piece of dough. Sprinkle with with sugar mixture. Brush edges of dough with water. Bring sides of dough over the peaches,pressing edges to seal.
- Place on ugreased cookie sheet. Bake 20 mins or till golden brown. Cool 10 mins. Dust with confectioners sugar.
