Watergate Cake With Cover Up Icing Recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. white cake mix

3/4 cup cooking oil

3 eggs

1 cup 7-up

1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding

1 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup coconut

Icing:

2 env. Dream Whip( 3 oz)

1 1/2 cup milk

1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding

1/2 cup coconut

3/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in order given.

Mix and pour into 9x13 inch greased and floured pan.

Bake 45 minutes or until done in 350* oven.

Combine icing ingredients; beat until thick.

Spread on cool cake.

Sprinkle with nuts and coconuts.
