Greek Potatoes

- 3 potatoes well scrubbed shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- Greek herbs, various spices or seasoned salts shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the potatoes into thick (3/4 - 1 cm) slices and arrange on a cookie sheet lightly greased with olive oil. Brush the top of each potato slice with olive oil and sprinkle Greek herbs, other herbs, or seasoned salts. Cook for 25-30 minutes at 350° F until potatoes are browning on top.
- We sprinkle different spices on various slices and everyone in the family seems to have a favorite one.
- Some of the spices we use for coating include Indian curry powder, herbs d’provenance, Old Bay Seasoning, salt and pepper, Italian herbs, Italian dressing seasoning, and garlic salt.
- One of the great things about this recipe there is only 5 minutes prep before it’s in the oven. It’s an easy and tasty side for your main dish.
