Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars

A delicious combination of flavors will make this disappear in no time.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 C butterscotch chips shopping list
- 1/2 C butter shopping list
- 2 C graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1 C chopped walnuts or pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy
- Add condensed milk, vanilla, & egg
- Mix well
- Melt butterscotch chips and butter in saucepan.
- Add and stir in cracker crumbs and nuts.
- Pat 1/2 butterscotch mixture into greased 9x13 baking dish
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining butterscotch mixture on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Let cool and then cut into bars.
- I personally like to eat them while they are still a little warm.
