STUFFED HAMBURGER SWINGERS
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Ouzo Estate in Seagoville, Texas in 1982.

Hey Meow, I like the sound of this and I know the kids would love it. I think I will saute garlic, onion, bell pepper, tomato and seasonins and drain off and then stuff the patties with them. Anyway you look at it - it's a winner. Thanks for sharing. I gave it "5". - Susana

We make a version of this, put cheese and chipped up bacon between the patties and call it a "lava burger"! Great post, meow! Thanks and my 5.

This is a great idea--re-framing ground meat. I usually have ground turkey on hand. I love this! 55555555 to you.
