Everyday Waffles

This is a waffle recipe that you can make ahead by adding only the dry ingredients and storing away in the refrigerator and then add the active liquids - very good and easy
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 3 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 2 eggs (separated) shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup milk (or buttermilk) shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter (melted) shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat your waffle iron.
- In large bowl sift together dry ingredients.
- Beat egg yolks, add milk, butter and set aside.
- Mix yolks and dry ingredients.
- Whip egg whites to peak stage.
- Fold into the rest of the mixture - place 1/4 cup of the batter in a large waffle Iron cook till golden brown and serve immediately.
