Zesty Italian Crockpot Chicken

A great meal to have cooking while you are on the run. So easy and so good.
Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 pkg Good seasons Zesty Italian dressing mix shopping list
- 1 Med onion sliced shopping list
- 1 8oz package cream cheese softened shopping list
- 2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup shopping list
- milk to thin if needed or desired shopping list
- rice or noodles shopping list
How to make it
- Put 3 Breasts in the bottom of crockpot
- sprinkle with 1/2 dressing mix and 1/2 the sliced onion
- add last three breasts and repeat layer
- cook in crockpot on high for 4-5 hours
- Break chicken up into chunks
- Add cream cheese and soups
- cook for 1 more hour
- mix together well
- serve over rice or noodles

I just made this and let me tell you, this some kind of creamy chicken goodness!!! I made it as written except I couldn't find the 'zesty italian' dressing so I used the 'garlic herb' one...and instead of cream of mushroom soup, I used cream of chick...more
