Zesty Italian Crockpot Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put 3 Breasts in the bottom of crockpot
  • sprinkle with 1/2 dressing mix and 1/2 the sliced onion
  • add last three breasts and repeat layer
  • cook in crockpot on high for 4-5 hours
  • Break chicken up into chunks
  • Add cream cheese and soups
  • cook for 1 more hour
  • mix together well
  • serve over rice or noodles

    I just made this and let me tell you, this some kind of creamy chicken goodness!!! I made it as written except I couldn't find the 'zesty italian' dressing so I used the 'garlic herb' one...and instead of cream of mushroom soup, I used cream of chicken. My older daughter won't eat mushrooms! This is sooo good and sooo easy! This tastes like a chicken stroganoff! If you add mixed veggies and put this in a pie crust, after its cooked, you would have a great chicken pot pie! I'm going to be making this about twice a month for sure! I added a pic for you!

    Holy Mackerel! This sounds so good! I just can't resist creamy chicken recipes! I would love to take this one from the swap group but I wouldn't be able to make it for another 8 days! I just went food shopping and I'm not going back til next week!
