Low-fat Key Lime Pie

- one 9 inch reduced fat graham cracker or chocolate crust shopping list
- two small containers of key lime yogurt shopping list
- one small package of lime jello shopping list
- 1/2 cup of boiling water shopping list
- one 8 ounce container of Cool Whip shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, dissolve jello in the boiling water, stirring one minute until jello is completely dissolved. Let cool. Fold in the yogurt and Cool Whip. Stir with a wire whisk until smooth. Pour into the pie crust and chill for four hours. If desired, save 1 cup of the Cool Whip and spread over the top of the pie.
