Caramel Apple Salad

CARAMEL APPLE SALAD This recipe came from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Glass Estate in Midlothian, Texas in 1991.
Ingredients
- 4 apples cored and diced shopping list
- 16 ounce crushed pineapple with juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts shopping list
- 1 package butterscotch instant pudding shopping list
- 8 ounce container frozen whipped topping thawed shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
