What a great idea for the muffins! Very, very nice recipe, thanks!

I love it, my family is going to just go crazy over these, Thanks.

I love this recipe!

Hooboy, a good one!

I made these the other night, and they were delicious. They were like self-contained meatball sandwiches, which are a favorite of my husband. I served the 'muffins' with a nice green salad for dinner, and they went fast. I posted a picture of the finished muffins, including a 'cross-section' so you can see inside. I would definitely make these again! Added to the I Made It group. Thanks for sharing! - Natalie

These look great!

Who needs commercial Hot Pockets when you can make these. Sounds terrific.

This is amazingly good! I made it using my favorite meatball recipe from a member named Rosemaryblue! Her recipe is called Little Tamale Bites Oh Yeah...here is the link...http://www.grouprecipes.com/34826/little-tamale-bites-oh-yeah.html...These are what I call Mexican Meatballs! I used salsa for the sauce and jalapeno cheddar for the cheese. I brushed the tops with butter and sprinkled them with taco seasoning and sharp cheddar. They were gone instantly! These are so much better than the 'Hot Pockets' that you get in the freezer section of the food store. I'll be making this on a regular basis for sure! I added my photo!

Thanks for the input and photo!
