This is the frosting I used for my white wedding cupcakes. It's easier to make in separate batches for quantity than to make it all at once.
Stay in the fridge a couple weeks too.
Use it to frost and fill cakes etc.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter room temperature
- pinch salt
- 3 Tbs baking cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 4 to 6 Tbs STRONG brewed coffee
Directions
- Simple beat all, adding enough coffee to achieve the consisitency you want.
