Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 then grease a jelly roll pan.
  • Mix flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  • Whisk oil and eggs in another large bowl until blended and smooth.
  • Stir in sugar and vanilla then stir in flour mixture until blended.
  • Stir in apples, nuts and raisins then spread evenly in prepared pan and bake 40 minutes.
  • Let cool completely on wire rack then cut into squares.

    Wow, i would have to agree. When i first saw the name i was like..oh..fruit brownies? But they sound delicious! Defiantly gonna try the recipe soon. :)

    My mother-in-law gave me a recipe very similar to this last fall. They are very good! This one is a little different. I will have to give it a try next season when the trees are loaded again. Thanks Cat!
