How to make it

  • In food processor set with the metal blade place flour, sugar and salt.
  • Add eggs and process with pulsing action then add butter, milk and water.
  • Pulse to combine then pour batter into container and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Spray fry pan or crepe pan with nonstick spray then heat pan.
  • When hot ladle in enough batter to thinly coat surface of the pan then cook 1 side and flip.
  • Cook other side then remove from pan and allow to cool.
  • Continue making crepes spraying pan prior to making each one.
  • Place cherries and apples in a large sauté pan then add water, brandy, sugar and lemon juice.
  • Simmer until apples are cooked but still firm to the touch about 15 minutes then strain mixture.
  • Preheat oven to 350 then carefully place a large tablespoon of mixture in middle of each crepe.
  • Bring up sides of the crepe and tie with a chive like a little purse then heat in oven 15 minutes.

    Am going to make these, however I will add 4 more tablespoons of butter. I am going to use dried cranberries and raisins instead of the cherries.
    I am going to use pure maple syrup instead of brandy and brown sugar instead of white. No chive
    I am going to top each crepe with cinnamon whipped cream. Sound good?
