Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 *F
  • Cut sweet potatoes into strips, about 1/3” thick by 2 to 3 inches long
  • Place sticks on cookie sheet
  • In small bowl combine butter, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
  • In another small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
  • Sprinkle over the sticks and toss to coat evenly.
  • Bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
  • Stir twice during baking time, and bake until sticks are golden brown.
  • Drain sticks on paper towels, and let cool 10 minutes before serving.
  • For the Dip:
  • In small bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy
  • Gradually add sour cream.
  • Beat until smooth.
  • Beat in remaining ingredients
  • Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors.
