Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix rhubarb and 1/2 cup sugar and let stand 30 minutes
  • Stir baking soda into sour cream
  • Sift, flour, salt and 1 cup sugar
  • Combine everything together, mixture will be thick
  • Spread mixture in a 9 inch pan
  • Sprinkle with extra sugar, nutmeg and some pats of butter
  • Bake 350F for 30 to 40 minutes or tested done
  • Serve warm or at room temperature
