This is something I try and make around the holidays. Usually everyone loves them... I think everyone has their own version of this..

Ingredients
  • 1 package 16 oz minature marshmellows
  • 1 can mixed nuts (11 1/2 oz) This can be your favorite type of nut.
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter

Directions
  1. Sprinkle marshmellows and nuts in a greased 13 in x 9 in pan; set aside
  2. In a small saucepan, melt chips and peanut butter over low heat, stiring constantly until smooth.
  3. Pour over marshmellows and nuts.
  4. Let stand for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Gently stir to coat marshmellows.
  6. Refrigerate until set; cut into bars.
