Chocolate Raspberry Heaven

- 1/3 cup raspberry preserves, seedless shopping list
- 12 oz. semisweet chocolate shopping list
- 2 sticks butter, softened shopping list
- 1 1/3 cups sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 tbls. plus 1 tsp. flour shopping list
- powdered sugar shopping list
- Raspberry Sauce shopping list
- Raspberry Sauce shopping list
- 1 pint fresh raspberries shopping list
- 1 tbls. sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. frozen orange juice concentrate shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325
- Grease a 9-inch spring form pan and line bottom with a parchment paper circle
- Wrap outside of pan with aluminum foil to seal out water
- Put preserves, chocolate and butter in double broiler
- Heat over medium heat, stirring until melted
- Remove from heat
- In large bowl, mix sugar, eggs and flour
- Add chocolate mixture and gently mix
- Pour into spring form pan.
- Place spring form pan in larger baking pan adding about 1 inch of water to outside pan, forming a
- water bath
- Bake 45 minutes or so....Toothpick in center should come out clean
- Let cool, unmold and turn upside down
- Remove parchment paper
- Place on serving plate and dust with powdered sugar
- Serve individual slices with Raspberry Sauce
- Raspberry Sauce
- Put all Raspberry Sauce ingredients in food processor and puree
- Strain seeds from sauce by pressing through a wire mesh sieve
