Chocolate Ricotta With Fresh Strawberries

Creamy chocolate ricotta dessert with fresh strawberries. Done on Chef on a Shoestring
Ingredients
- 1c fresh ricotta cheese shopping list
- 3Tbs sugar shopping list
- 1Tbs creme de cocoa liqueur shopping list
- 6Tbs chocolate syrup shopping list
- 1c sliced strawberries mixed with 1Tbs sugar shopping list
- 4 mint sprigs shopping list
How to make it
- Place ricotta,sugar,liqueur and chocolate syrup in medium sized bowl and whisk till smooth. Divide mixture into 4 martini glasses. Garnish each glass with strawberrs and mint.
