How to make it

  • In saucepan combined sugars and corn starch add water
  • cook over medium heat stirring constantly untill thickened
  • ADD LEMON JUICE TO FRUIT THEN ADD FRUIT TO THICKEND SAUCE.
  • Pour into prepared pan and keep in oven till topping is made
  • FOR TOPPING:
  • SIFT 1/2 CUP SUGAR WITH FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER
  • ADD MILK, BUTTER BEAT UNTILL SMOOTH POUR OVER FRUIT
  • MIX 2 tbs. SUGAR AND NUTMEG TOGETHER. sPRINKLE OVER TOPPING
  • rAISE OVEN TO 375 DEGREES BAKE UNTILL TOPPING IS LIGHT BROWN

    Sounds so good,printing out to put in want to try folder. chefelaine,could you please elaborate on step 4.What size pan and is it greased and floured or sprayed with Pam?And also on step 9,what is the oven temp.raised from.Thanks so much.
