Peach Blueberrie cobbler

- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbs. cornstarch shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice shopping list
- 29 0z. sliced peaches drained well shopping list
- 10 oz, pkg. frozen blueberries defrosted and drained shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tbs, sugar divided shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup soft butter shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- In saucepan combined sugars and corn starch add water
- cook over medium heat stirring constantly untill thickened
- ADD LEMON JUICE TO FRUIT THEN ADD FRUIT TO THICKEND SAUCE.
- Pour into prepared pan and keep in oven till topping is made
- FOR TOPPING:
- SIFT 1/2 CUP SUGAR WITH FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER
- ADD MILK, BUTTER BEAT UNTILL SMOOTH POUR OVER FRUIT
- MIX 2 tbs. SUGAR AND NUTMEG TOGETHER. sPRINKLE OVER TOPPING
- rAISE OVEN TO 375 DEGREES BAKE UNTILL TOPPING IS LIGHT BROWN
