Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix together all ingredients except butter and fruit until smooth.
  • Pour melted butter into a 9" round pie dish and pour batter on top.
  • Scatter fruit on top (however much looks good).
  • Bake for about 40 minutes OR until firm.
  • Serve warm.

    Thanks for reminding me of this great recipe like one our friend Sue used to make. Although she is now gone, we have wonderful memories of both her and of her recipes. Kathy
