Cherry Tomato Poppers

- 1/2 cup cream cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup homemade pesto shopping list
- 1 quart ( 2 pints) cherry tomatoes shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and pesto. Put in plastic sandwich bag and set aside.
- Cut the tops off cherry tomatoes. Core, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Sprinkle tomatoes with salt, and invert to drain on paper towels (10-15 minutes).
- With a clean paper towel, wipe out excess salt.
- Snip corner off sandwich bag and pipe pesto mixture into tomatoes. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
