Ingredients

How to make it

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta, cook according to directions. Rinse, drain, and set aside to cool.
  • While spaghetti cooks, chop cucumbers, radishes and cilantro.
  • To make sauce, mix all remaining ingredients (soy sauce to garlic) and shake to blend.
  • Mix sauce, veggies and noodles together. Garnish with crushed peanuts.
  • Serve with sriracha sauce on the side. It's a must, but for those who can't handle spice, they can omit!

You meant me, didn't you, when you said "those who can't handle spice"?? I wish I could! But then, I might have to put cayenne drops in my eyes if I did!! We could make this for Abby's shower...start some fires...drink more beer to put it out...what do you think? Good idea/bad idea?
