How to make it

  • In a large bowl, combine all crust ingredients; mix on low speed until crumbly.
  • Press crust into an ungreased 9x13 pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes; remove pan from oven.
  • Combine topping ingredients, except pecans; beat on medium speed until well blended.
  • Pour topping over hot crust; sprinkle with pecans.
  • Bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Cool completely before cutting into bars.

    I have 5 lbs of new crop of pecans from December. I am so ready for this recipe, I made something like this but the crust didn't hold up, I will try yours this weekend. I am so sure yours will be better....:)
