A little garam masala add so much flavor to anything. This sounds very tasty.

When I first went to the Iraq, I had to quickly learn about its people and culture to assist me with my job. I learned shawarma was a popular Iraqi dish. I did not have the opportunity to eat on the local economy, and when I returned to the US, I researched this dish, and found this simple recipe. This is how I was introduced to garam masala, a sweet aromatic blend of coriander, black pepper, cumin, cardamom, and cinnamon. Middle Eastern spices deliver warm, exotic flavors that keep me wanting to learn more about the food and culture. If you have any recipes with garam marsala, please send them my way! Thank you!
