- 1 TBLS butter shopping list
- 1 MEDIUM onion CHOPPED shopping list
- 1 LARGE orangE QUARTERED shopping list
- 1 LARGE lime QUARTERED shopping list
- 1/3 CUP dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 TBLS chili powder shopping list
- 1 TBLS soy sauce shopping list
- 1 CUP water shopping list
- 4 chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 TBLS FRESH cilantro FINELY CHOPPED shopping list
- salt AND pepper shopping list
How to make it
- MELT BUTTEROVER MEDIUM HEAT
- ADD ONION AND COOK UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
- ADD WATER, SOY SAUCE, BROWN SUGAR, CHILI POWDER
- ADD JUICE FROM ORANGE AND LIME
- PLACE REMAINING PEEL ALONG OUTER PERIMETER OF PAN
- ADD CHICKEN TO CENTER OF PAN
- BRAISE UNTIL COOKED THROUGH, TURNING OCCASIONALLY
- REDUCE LIQUID TO A GLAZE
- USING 2 FORKS, SHRED THE CHICKEN IN THE PAN
- STIR SO THE COOKING LIQUID COATS THE CHICKEN
- TRANSFER TO SERVING DISH
- INCLUDE ORANGE AND LIME PEELS FOR PRESENTATION
- SPRINKLE WITH CILANTRO
- BUILD TACI STYLE USING TORTILLAS AND SOUR CREAM
