How to make it

  • Combine marmalade, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger; bring just to boiling.
  • Dissolve cornstarch in water.
  • Add to hot sauce and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  • Serve hot.

    This was awesome! I used it as a glaze for tofu and stir fry veggies. Served it over homemade fried rice -- very YUM! I added in a few chili flakes too, for some spice. :) Definitely a new favourite glaze/sauce. :-) Thanks for posting. (hope you don't mind, i added a pic...)
