Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • Dash ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cold water

Directions
  1. Combine marmalade, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger; bring just to boiling.
  2. Dissolve cornstarch in water.
  3. Add to hot sauce and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  4. Serve hot.

Thinking it would be great with egg rolls.


This was awesome! I used it as a glaze for tofu and stir fry veggies. Served it over homemade fried rice -- very YUM! I added in a few chili flakes too, for some spice. :) Definitely a new favourite glaze/sauce. :-) Thanks for posting. (hope you don't mind, i added a pic...)
