Crispy Herb Coated Pork Chops

- 1/3c butter,cubed shopping list
- 2/3c butter and herb-flavored mashed botato flakes shopping list
- 2/3c parmesan cheese shopping list
- 3/4c garlic powder shopping list
- 4 bone-in center-cut pork loin chops(6oz.ea. and 1" thick) shopping list
- 2Tbs. canola oil shopping list
How to make it
- In a shallow bowl,melt butter. In large resealable plastic bag,combine potato flakes,cheese and garlic powder. Dip chops in butter and then place in bag and shake to coat.
- In large skillet,cook chops in oil over medium heat for 7-8 mins. on each side or till juices run clear.
