Simple But Delicious Fish Recipe

	Morninlite / All my dishes 7 months, 3 weeks ago I wanted something simple for fixing fish. Saw this on "Good Eats" and decided to try it. Mike said, it tasted like the fish he and his dad would make when they went fishing. I guess this could also be Dad's reicpe. Prep:5m Cook:8m Servings:5	Morninlite

Ingredients

Fresh or frozen (completely thawed in the fridge) Cod fillets (or trout if your lake or stream fishing)

Three tablespoons butter

fresh ground pepper

sea salt

Directions

Melt butter in a 10 inch saute pan

Salt and pepper fillets

Place in melted butter and fry for 4 minutes

Turn flillets and fry another 4 minutes

Top with slivered almonds if you wish, but it tastes good just as is.

Serve with pasta and a salad.
