How to make it

  • Mix everything together until sugar and salt have dissolved.
  • Marinate meat for 24 hours.
  • Sprinkle a light coating of triple X savina on both sides of the meat slices as you place them in the dehydrator trays.

    I've made this a few times with Jolokia powder in place of the Savina. Really any powdered pepper works, it just depends on how hot you like it.
