Guilt Free Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe

Guilt Free Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe
A useful guideline is 1 c. of oats and 1 c. milk per 2 persons. These pancakes have very little sugar and use canola oil, hence the name. I have also made them without either sugar or oil for my friends with special dietary needs.
