I make one very similar to this, but never thought of using doritos instead of plain tortilla chips. Great idea! I like to put in fat-free refried beans (just spoonfuls here & there on top of the meat mixture), for another protein. Plus it's tasty. Also, if you use 3 tsp cumin, 3 tsp chili powder, and 1 tsp garlic powder instead of the taco seasoning mix, it's better for you (no sodium) and WAY cheaper. Just my $.02 - I don't mean to butt in!
