Nacho Cheezy Bake

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper (or your favorite color) shopping list
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) taco seasoning Mix shopping list
- 3/4 cup sour cream shopping list
- Doritos chips (any flavor) shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups mexican cheese blend (your fav will work) shredded shopping list
How to make it
- HEAT oven to 350°F.
- Brown meat and bell pepper in large skillet; drain, reserving meat in skillet. Add tomatoes, water and seasoning mix; stir. Cook 10 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream.
- Layer some chips in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with layers of half each of the meat mixture and cheese. Repeat layers.
- BAKE 20 min. or until heated through.
