My cousin gave me this recipe after bringing the cake for Christmas, it is from her husbands Italian Aunt. Very moist & extremely delicious!

Ingredients
- **CAKE**
- 1 box if white cake mix
- 1 box of instant pistachio pudding
- 3/4 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup plus 1 tbs water
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- ** Frosting**
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup or less water
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- For the cake mix all of the ingredients (minus the walnuts) together & beat for 2 minutes.
- Pour mixture into a greased & lightly floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle top with chopped walnuts.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- For the icing mix together all ingredients until smooth & pour over warm cake. Return to the oven for 5 minutes.

Looks like a tasty cake, I love pistachio ice-cream so guessing I would like this cake as well.
