Wonderful Fresh Salsa Recipe I got from a friend after she made it for a get together.

Ingredients
  • 3 Cans shoepeg corn
  • 4 bunches green onion chopped
  • 1 red, yellow, and orange bell pepper
  • 1 can black olives drained and chopped
  • 15 Roma tomatoes chopped
  • 1 can chopped jalepenos w/juice
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 T lime juice
  • 2 T Cavenders All-purpose Greek Seasoning
  • 1 24 oz bottle of Zesty Italian dressing

Directions
  1. Combine all in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. I use my food processor to chop up the ingredients.
  3. Serve with corn chips and enjoy.
  4. This makes a huge batch

I love Cavenders on everything especially Popcorn so I am definately going to try this when my tomatoes are ripe.It is especially good on a roast.Cavenders that is.

This sounds great. I bought an industrial size can of italian tomatoes at Costco for $3.29. I am going to drain them and use in this recipe. I don't want to wait for my garden tomatoes. But I know that will be even better.
