- 2 cups distilled water
- 3 tablespoons vodka
- 5 drops everlasting essential/fragrance oil
- 10 drops peony essential/fragrance oil
- 10 drops sandalwood essential/fragrance oil
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together, shake well.
- Place in a dark color bottle.
- Then allow the perfume to settle for at least 12 hours.
- Store in a cool dry area.

I have picked up on some perfume recipes as well. What i am wondering though is why can't the recipes be made with witch hazel rather than vodka? Witch hazel is used as a skin astringent. What do you think? Thanks for the recipe though, you have a flag of interesting from me.
