Oceans Of Watermelon Mediterranean Salad

This is a summer salad bound to bring sunshine in your eyes and a smile to your tastebuds...Best served under the stars or by ocean side or with your best friend!!
Ingredients
- 1 bag of baby romaine lettuce shopping list
- 3/4cup crumbled goat cheese shopping list
- 2 cups seedless watermelon shopping list
- 1/4 cup evoo (extra virgin olive oil) shopping list
- 1/3 cup white balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 3/4 cup walnut pieces shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Optional ingredients shopping list
- 1. fresh parsley (chopped up) shopping list
- 2 white truffle oil (for summer) shopping list
- Simple yet elegant salad so quick and easy and just plain great. shopping list
How to make it
- Toss lettuce, cheese and watermelon in serving bowl
- whisk oil and vinegar in bowl till blended
- season with salt and pepper
- top with walnuts and serve
- to kick it up a knotch you can drizzle just a little splash, that is, of white truffle oil over the top of the salad and in your hands take some chopped up parsely and with your fingertips spread over the salad.....
