Turkey Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey shopping list
- 1/2 small onion finely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 small green pepper finely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 small red pepper finely chopped {May omit} shopping list
- 1 can {8 0z. tomatoe sauce shopping list
- 2 tbs. ketchup shopping list
- 1 Tbs. distilled vinegar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. worecestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 6 whole-wheat english muffin Toasted shopping list
- already prepared cole slaw and pickles {May omit} shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce {may omit} shopping list
How to make it
- Spray a large non-stick skillet with cookin spray crumble in Ground TTurkey add onion and green pepper and red pepper
- cook over medium high heat 8 minutes stir ocassionally
- Add tomatoe sauce, ketchup ,vinegar, worchestershire sauce ,sugar, and hot sauce.
- Mix well ,break up Turkey with a spoon
- Simmer on medium low uncovered for 10 minutes Stir occassionally
- Spoon equal amounts of meat mixture on to muffins serve with cole-slaw and pickles on the side.
