How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450F. Combine oil, garlic, seasoning, lemon juice, honey and soy sauce in baking dish. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp are cooked. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with French bread.

    This was great. I used it as an appetizer to add to the menu for the Super Bowl because I wanted something tasty and spicy but quick. I toasted some french bread and plated that next to the shrimp dishes and everyone was just dipping the bread into the yummy sauce. It worked great. I did make a few changes for taste, but this is certainly a 5 star recipe as written. More added to gkwillow's IMI thread. Baked Cajun Spiced Shrimp

    A wonderful way to quickly prepare flavorful shrimp - I did marinate for 5-10 mins and sauteed stovetop in the marinade instead of baking... Thanks Frankieanne. This is a make again for sure. :)
