Made a version of this for our Spring/Passover/Easter celebration. I say version as I used a tube pan and made the balls a bit smaller. Also added some slivered almonds for garnish and increased amount by 50% in order to fill the pan. Everyone seemed to like these although we did end up with very sticky fingers. Next time I would consider leaving the final glaze off, as it was sweet enough without it. Sweet enough meaning we did use it as bread and not a desert. Posted a photo of this for you to see.
