Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients and form into 4 patties
  • Cook patties on grill for about 8 minutes per side
  • Serve on buns with your usual burger fixins
  • NOTE: In order to keep the patties from falling apart, it's best to refrigerate them overnight, this keeps them nice and moist and the peppers marinate the patties, or you can add an egg and some panko or regular bread crumbs

I am going to have to try ground turkey I guess. It reminds me of baby food so I have avoided it in the past. This recipe sounds too good not to give it a try. Thanks
