Slow Cooked Mulligatawny Soup

- 4 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 2 cups canned diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 small onion fine chopped shopping list
- 1 large carrot fine chopped shopping list
- 1 small peeled sweet potato small cubed shopping list
- 1 bell pepper fine chopped shopping list
- 1 whole raw chicken breast small cubed shopping list
- 1 large apple peeled and small cubed shopping list
- juice from 1/2 lemon shopping list
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley shopping list
- 2 tsp curry powder or to taste shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp salt or to taste shopping list
- black grated pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 1/2 to 2 whole cloves shopping list
How to make it
- Place all in crock-pot and cook low about 6 to 8 hours or it's done
- when vegetables are fully soft.
- .
- When it's all done, take about two cups of it and put it in a blender. for a few seconds until the consistency of baby food.
- Stir it back into the remaining soup.
